SIMECAN mentioned Forjasul's 50th anniversary.

“The Forjasul Canoas S/A associated- Metallurgic Industry is celebrating on 2009 its 50th anniversary.

Through its large forged piece production, Forjasul, among other 10, makes part of the Tramontina Group, working on many fields such as: Electrical power distribution networks and transmission lines, automotive industry and siderugical industry, shipyard Industry, oil exploration industry and agricultural implements.

Forjasul produces the most complete series of electrical power products. Forjasul produces customized forged pieces according the customer's needs.

Forjasul also produces a complete cargo movement hook series with a payload lifting capacity up to 100 tons, not even mentioning the special hooks produced to oil platforms with a payload lifting capacity up to 1400 tons.

Forjasul is a pioneer in RS state and in the entire country in customized forged hooks and electrical hardware. It was also a pioneer on the production of oil platform hooks and the bench vise which is a Forjasul exclusivity in Brazil.
